Tomorrow I’m starting a 12 week goals program. I’m using Seth Godin’s Pick Four workbook, which is based on Zig Ziglar’s goals program. My four goals are;
GOAL 1: Develop a healthy eating habit
GOAL 2: Develop an exercise habit
GOAL 3: Develop a meditation practice
GOAL 4: Develop a daily writing habit
I’ll post more about the program tomorrow and provide an update on my first day. I hope to see you then.
