The goals program I’m using is Pick Four, which is Seth Godin’s update to the Zig Ziglar goals program. Here’s the link to the books on Amazon. They’re out of print but copies from resellers are available. In summary, you identify as many goals as you can and narrow them down to four. You spend the next twelve weeks working towards those goals, tracking your progress daily.
Today’s been difficult. I haven’t felt well. So far I’ve stuck to my healthy eating plan and I’ve stuck to my healthy eating plan and I’ve written today. Exercise and mediation are pending. I’m going to try to do both. Formal Week 1 / Day 1 tomorrow.
