Goal 1: Develop a healthy eating habit

Steps I took today to achieve Goal 1:

I followed my eating plan until we went out for my daughter’s birthday dinner. I ate more than I should of the wrong foods. Yes, it was a celebration, and yes, I can use some of my weekly points for it, but for today I didn’t progress to my goal.

Goal 2: Develop an exercise habit

Steps I took today to achieve Goal 2:

I did 15 minutes on my stationary bike.

Is this enough? Yes

Goal 3: Develop a meditation practice

Steps I took today to achieve Goal 3:

Nothing.
