I didn’t make much progress on my goals program yesterday. I got wrapped up in other activities and by the time the day was done I hadn’t exercised or meditated. I also didn’t follow my eating plan.
Like many people, I tend to dwell on past mistakes. I think one of the side benefits of a daily practice towards a goal is that I get the opportunity to take action every day. If I make progress today then I spend less time worrying about my past failures.
Yesterday is over. Today is my focus.
