Highlights from last week
I think I’m off to a good start. I worked on all of my goals more days than I didn’t. My best performance was on writing. I posted to my blog every day. My biggest area of improvement is meditation. I meditated 4 out of 7 days, which is good – but can be better.

What got in the way / What didn’t work?
Waiting until later in the day to exercise, meditate, and write makes it more difficult. The sooner I do these things the better off I am. I think it also helps me with my eating, which is the one daily habit that truly takes all day. With exercise, meditation, and writing I can set aside some time to do them, get them done, and mark them as complete for the day. Eating right starts the minute I wake up and ends when I fall asleep.

What I learned from what didn’t work:
Work on my goals as soon as I can during the day. Build on the sense of accomplishment to keep me motivated throughout the day. Be positive. Keep at it. Celebrate wins. Start each day fresh.
