What got in the way / What didn’t work?
I didn’t feel well, so I didn’t eat well, exercise or meditate very often.

What I learned from what didn’t work:
If I don’t feel well it’s hard to be motivated. I need to accept when I fall short, not dwell on it, and move forward.
