Highlights from last week
I wrote every day. I ate healthy almost every day. I exercised and meditated more days than not.

What got in the way / What didn’t work?
Waiting until late in the day, which usually meant something didn’t get done.

What I learned from what didn’t work:
Work on goals early in the day. Stick to a routine. Take it day to day. Celebrate wins. Move on from losses. Habit change can be hard. Keep at it.
