I’ve been having one; no energy, no focus, and no motivation. Ironically, I’m on track to hit 3 of my 4 goals. I went over my Weight Watchers daily points but I have weekly points to spare. I exercised. I’m writing now. After I finish this I’m going to meditate. I’ll probably call it a night after that.
Maybe I’m just tired. It doesn’t matter. I showed up today. I got things done. That’s what counts. Maybe it wasn’t one of those days after all.
