Highlights from last week
I wrote every day. I did well on my other three goals as well. It was my best overall week since week 2.
What got in the way / What didn’t work?
I didn’t feel well on Thursday, which I allowed to get in the way of 3 of my 4 goals.
What I learned from what didn’t work
It was another interesting week. After Thursday, if you had asked me how my week was going I would have said not well. Looking back on it though, I had a good week. That’s why it’s important to me to track progress. The data doesn’t lie. If I listen to the voice in my head my attitude worsens. If I pay attention to reality, my attitude improves.
