When I started exercising again in November I had been sedentary for some time. I started out slowly, doing 15 minutes on my stationary bike. A couple of weeks ago I moved up to 16 minutes. Not much, I know, but it was a moral victory.
This week I’m bumping up to 20 minutes. Again, not a lot, but in the past I’ve moved up too much too soon and gotten discouraged. I’m in this for the long haul. A little at a time.
