Energy Levels and Work

I’ve noticed that recently my energy and focus are much higher before lunch. I need to figure out why I’m crashing after lunch, but for now I also need to get things done in the morning that require me to be actively engaged, especially those things that I’ve committed to complete. After lunch I’ll devote time to activities that require less mental and physical energy. If I take an afternoon nap and something doesn’t get done, so be it.
