Goals Progress Week 1 Day 1

Goal 1: Eat healthy

Steps I took to achieve Goal 1: Nothing. I ate more than my Weight Watchers Healthy Eating Zone allows.
Is this enough? No.

Goal 2: Exercise

Steps I took to achieve Goal 2: I did 90 minutes of yard work.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 3: Meditate

Steps I took to achieve Goal 3: I meditated for 15 minutes.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 4: Write

Steps I took to achieve Goal 4: I wrote my morning pages.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 5: Maintain my possessions

Steps I took to achieve Goal 5: I decluttered some digital items and did 90 minutes of yard work.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 6: Read

Steps I took to achieve Goal 6: I read a chapter of The Legend of Eli Monpress.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 7: Post my progress

Steps I took to achieve Goal 7: I posted my Phase 2 results and Phase 3 plans. I updated two pages on this site.
Is this enough? Yes.

Stray Observations

  • For some reason, afternoons are my hungry time. I may try eating more breakfast to see if that dampens my afternoon hunger.
  • I forced myself to meditate before I went to bed last night. But I did it. That’s what counts.
  • I’m not enjoying Stranger Things 3 as much as I enjoyed the first two. It’s okay, but I think the premise is getting stale.
  • I’m trying to get interested in The Legend of Eli Monpress. Twenty chapters in and that hasn’t happened yet.
