Goal 1: Eat healthy

Steps I took to achieve Goal 1: I stayed within my Weight Watchers healthy eating range.

Goal 2: Exercise

Steps I took to achieve Goal 2: I rode my stationary bike for 15 minutes.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 3: Meditate

Steps I took to achieve Goal 3: I meditated for 15 minutes.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 4: Write

Steps I took to achieve Goal 4: I wrote my morning pages.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 5: Maintain my possessions

Steps I took to achieve Goal 5: I organized some digital and physical items, fixed a light, and a chair.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 6: Read

Steps I took to achieve Goal 6: I read a chapter of The Legend of Eli Monpress.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 7: Post my progress

Steps I took to achieve Goal 7: I posted my progress from Sun 7 July.

Stray Observations

Last night I didn’t sleep well and woke up with a blood sugar level of 69. Anything below 80 is considered hypoglycemic (I have type 2 diabetes). It’s easy to correct – get some fast acting carbs into your system and usually you’re good – but when it happens to me it tends to wear me out. I didn’t accomplish much today, which my update tomorrow will reflect. But that’s okay. Stuff happens. Keep moving.
