What Got in the Way / What Didn’t Work?

  • Several days of low blood sugar made it challenging to eat healthy and exercise on some days
  • Meditating is still a challenge; I may try putting it on my calendar
  • I’m not sure why maintaining my possessions didn’t get done; again, I may try scheduling time every day to do that

What I Learned from What Didn’t Work

  • Start every day new; don’t fret about past failures or rest on my laurels when I succeed
  • Progress, not perfection
  • Accept external circumstances that may keep me from achieving my goals

  • I think the time of day when I take my evening meds may be affecting my blood sugar; I’m trying to take them earlier; I have my annual physical on Tuesday; I’ll speak to my doctor about it
