Highlights from Last Week

Reading, writing, and maintaining possessions went well. Writing every day has become a habit now.

What Got in the Way / What Didn’t Work?

I felt physically tired every day. I had no motivation to exercise or meditate, and I found it difficult to eat well.

What I Learned from What Didn’t Work

There might be some physiological reasons for feeling tired (see Other Updates), but it’s still matter of making myself do the work anyway. I wrote almost every day despite feeling tired. If I can do that, I can do the other things I need to do.

  • Weight Loss Journey page updated; I gained 2.8 pounds last week
  • What I’m Doing Now page updated
  • Taking my meds earlier in the evening seems to be helping my morning low blood sugar; my annual physical last week went well; apparently I have a Vitamin D deficiency, which might be part of the reason for the chronic tiredness; it’s easy to fix with a weekly supplement; back to the doctor on Tuesday to review lab results in more detail
