Steps I took to achieve Goal 2: I rode my stationary bike for 15 minutes.

Goal 3: Meditate

Steps I took to achieve Goal 3: I meditated for 15 minutes.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 4: Write

Steps I took to achieve Goal 4: I wrote my morning pages.

Goal 5: Maintain my possessions

Steps I took to achieve Goal 5: I organized some digital items.

Goal 6: Read

Observations

I had a follow up doctor’s appointment to review my lab results. My meds have been adjusted to address my lack of energy. We’ll see how it works out.
