Observations

I’ve been preoccupied this week. I’m getting ready to move my younger daughter into her college dorm for her freshman year and I have a new project at work. Lots of mental cycles are being consumed. My guess is that next week will be much of the same. I’m targeting the week starting Sunday 25 August to get back on track.

Reading and writing went well.

What Got in the Way / What Didn’t Work?

What got in the way? Managing my blood sugar. An overall lack of motivation. They could be related. It doesn’t matter.

What I Learned from What Didn’t Work

Nothing new. Reinforcement of wha I already know. I may not want to do something I should do. I should do it anyway. Start every day new. Don’t beat myself up over the past.
