Is this enough? No.

Goal 4: Write

Steps I took to achieve Goal 4: I wrote my morning pages.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 5: Maintain my possessions

Steps I took to achieve Goal 5: Nothing.
Is this enough? No.

Goal 6: Read

Steps I took to achieve Goal 6: I read The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: The Tempest and Tao Te Ching.

Observations

I think I’ve figured out how to consistently manage my increased diabetes medicine. Now I need to adjust my eating habits accordingly.
