Steps I took to achieve Goal 2: I rode my stationary bike for 15 minutes.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 3: Meditate

Steps I took to achieve Goal 3: Nothing.
Is this enough? No.

Goal 4: Write

Steps I took to achieve Goal 4: I wrote my morning pages.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 5: Maintain my possessions

Steps I took to achieve Goal 5: I did some maintenance around the house.
Is this enough? Yes.

Goal 6: Read

Steps I took to achieve Goal 6: I read more of Writing Down the Bones.
