Wednesday was a bit of a struggle. I didn’t sleep well the night before and was tired all day. I was able to get past it and work on all of my goals, though. That’s three days in a row, which is a good run.

I did have any low blood sugar episodes yesterday. Hopefully I’ve figured out what to eat and when so I can avoid them.

Goal 1: Eat healthy

Steps I took to achieve Goal 2: I rode my stationary bike for 15 minutes.

Goal 3: Meditate

Steps I took to achieve Goal 3: I meditated for 10 minutes.
Is this enough? Yes.

Steps I took to achieve Goal 4: I wrote my morning pages.

Goal 5: Maintain my possessions

Steps I took to achieve Goal 5: I did a lot of digital decluttering.

Steps I took to achieve Goal 6: I continued reading Sit Down and Shut Up.
