Thursday was good. I worked on all of my goals for the fourth day in a row. I got my work email backlog processed and my work projects updated. I didn’t sleep well last night, but Fridays are usually quiet at work, so I should be able to get through it.

Steps I took to achieve Goal 3: I meditated for 10 minutes.

Steps I took to achieve Goal 4: I wrote my morning pages.

Steps I took to achieve Goal 5: I did a lot of digital decluttering.

Steps I took to achieve Goal 6: I finished Writing Down the Bones.
