Five days in a row of working on all of my goals, which is great. Friday was a tough day, though. I really felt the effects of not sleeping well. I’m still kind or worn out today. Glad it’s the weekend.

Goal 1: Eat healthy

Steps I took to achieve Goal 2: I rode my stationary bike for 15 minutes.

Goal 3: Meditate

Steps I took to achieve Goal 3: I meditated for 10 minutes.

Steps I took to achieve Goal 4: I wrote my morning pages.

Goal 5: Maintain my possessions
