Monday – Friday were great for my goals. I worked on every one those days. I tried to get my exercise and meditation done before my work day began, which helped a lot.
What got in the way / What didn’t work?
Sunday was a bit of a slow start, and my lack of sleep during the week caught up to me on Saturday.

It’s okay to give myself a break.
