Weight Loss Journey

At my heaviest I was 265 pounds. For reference, I’m 5’10”. When I decided I needed to take action to lose weight in November 2018 I weighed 252.4 pounds. My first weight loss goal is to lose 50 pounds in 2019. I’m tracking my progress here.

237.4 pounds, up 3.9 pounds. This is strange since I did so well with my eating habits and exercise this week. Sometimes weight goes up in spite of that. I have to keep working and trust my process.

I bought a new bathroom scale; one of those fancy wireless ones that automatically captures all of your embarrassing information and stores it for you. I’m going to start posting my results from it here.

To level set: My goal is to lose 50 pounds this year. With this new scale, weighing at around noon, I’m at about 234.5 pounds.
